Madam Gres Exhibit
Most amaxing exhibition of famous couturier Madame Gres. One of the first exhibitions and set in a scultpture Museum which fit so perfectly because these dresses are so intricately handworked they are practically sculptural. So many dresses, sketches, and photographs.
Cute Dress
Sniped this girl walking past the performance. Love the cutout in the back of her dress as well as the tights, hat, shoes and bag with it....great accessorizing. Spring is beginning!!.
Centre Pompidou
We were walking past the Centre Pompidou when we saw a crowd of people watching a street performer who took people from his "audience" and created a wonderfully hilarious performance.
Deconstructed Dress
So in my 3D class we did a deconstruction process and I took apart this jacket and used the piece as they were to drape this dress. I only cut the pieces to correct the length. I am very pleased with the way that it turned out!
